Delivery & Warranty Information

Delivery

Delivery will be done as soon as your payment clears if you contact us on our live chat or our community help chat for a live transaction ( If we are online ). It is possible we are not online at some point during the day due to different time zones. In this case if you place an order on our website the delivery will take place within 24 hours. During holidays orders can take up to 48 hours to be processed and delivered to your imvu account that you provided.

Note: If you are on your first order with us you need to contact us on live chat or community help chat before we deliver your order.This is meant as a security measure to protect against imvu taking our products. If you dont contact us on your first order it can get delayed until you contact us also make sure you provide the correct account name when you make an order on our website. If you provide the wrong account name and your order happens to be delivered to the wrong account we are not responsible for this issue and you will need to order again. We keep detailed records of all the orders and deliveries. Also make sure your account is set to receive messages from everyone. If it is set to friends only then we won't be able to deliver your products.

Warranty & Refunds

All products on our website come with a 6 months free replacement warranty, meaning in a product is taken from you by imvu within this time frame you should contact us for a replacement. However if a product is taken from you after the first 6 months expire and you want the product back you will have to pay 50% of the initial price.

Note: We will do our best to have replacements already in place each month, however if for some reason we were not able to make a backup of a certain product replacements will be sent within 30 days as it takes time to set up accounts properly for uploading ( this is out of our control ).

As the products once delivered can not be taken back from your account we don't accept any refunds. If you have any issues with any of our products please contact us. There is a fix for every problem. Also if for some reason we are unable to make a replacement of a certain product for you within 30 days we will replace that product with a similar product of equal value.


Important Notice: Warranty replacement is voided if we discover you made a product that you purchased from us public! Imvu finds bm products alot faster when they are used in public rooms. If we discover you made one of our products public you will need to pay full price for a replacement and if you still continue to make products from us public after that we will deny future orders from you. Please understand that this measure has to be taken for your safety as well as ours.
